What it is
A full game of American checkers that runs entirely on your Apple Watch, no iPhone needed. Complete rules, mandatory captures, multi-jump chains, and kinging, against a genuine minimax AI at three difficulties. Rotate the crown or tap to move, and feel every capture. It auto-saves and resumes the instant you raise your wrist.
Why we built it
The Watch App Store's checkers options are widget toys, with the charting chess app sitting at 2.31 stars, so a merely competent board game clears the bar. WristCheckers is that done properly: a real opponent and reliable input on a 40mm screen, so dead time on the bus or in a waiting room becomes an actual game rather than a novelty.
