Every bracket the app carries, on the web
The same verified tables the app ships, on the web: all 9 of them — plan years 2024, 2025 and 2026, each by filing status — with the MAGI ranges, the total Part B premium, the Part B IRMAA surcharge and the Part D add-on for every tier.

What it is
If your income crosses a Medicare IRMAA bracket by a single dollar, your Part B and Part D premiums can jump by hundreds of dollars a year, for each spouse. Enter your modified adjusted gross income, your filing status and the plan year, and one screen gives your Part B premium with its income-related surcharge, your Part D add-on, your combined annual IRMAA cost, the tier you land in, and the distance to the next cliff with what crossing it would add per month per person.
Why we built it
IRMAA is set from your tax return two years earlier — your 2026 premium comes from your 2024 income — so the year you are planning and the year that decides the bill are never the same one. Every bracket and dollar amount is a pinned constant taken from the official CMS and SSA IRMAA tables and verified against them, not a scraped feed that drifts. It is an independent estimate for planning, not affiliated with CMS, SSA or Medicare: your actual determination is made by SSA from IRS-reported income, so verify against your SSA notice and appeal a life-changing event with SSA form SSA-44.
