What it is
An overtime and pay calculator built for firefighters on FLSA 7(k) work periods. Enter your rate and schedule once and it builds your worksheet: it marks where the 7(k) overtime threshold falls, shows what each shift, callback, and Kelly day pays, and totals a pay-stub-style period gross.
Why we built it
Firefighters don't get paid like anyone else, their overtime starts at 212 hours in a 28-day period, not 40 a week, and a Kelly day changes what every shift is worth. General pay apps and generic calculators can't model this, and the firefighter-specific niche in a proven occupational-pay lane is open. It answers the exact question crews ask: what is this callback actually worth?
