What it is

A self-check for the U.S. Army's body-fat tape test. Enter your three abdominal readings plus height, weight, age, and sex, and see exactly what the official worksheet would say — percent body fat, your standard, and pass or exceeds with the margin.

Why we built it

The Army replaced its multi-site body-fat formula with a one-site abdominal method in 2023, but most body-fat calculator apps still run the old math. The worksheet's recording rules — round each reading down to the half inch, average, round the result — change the answer, and naive calculators skip them. Soldiers facing an ABCP screen want the real number before the official taping.
