Titanium 3AL-2.5V tubing is valued for very high-pressure service, yet it is prohibited from use in one particular system. Which system, and why?

Oxygen systems, because titanium can react with oxygen and ignite
Titanium is chemically reactive with oxygen and can ignite/burn in an oxygen environment, so titanium tubing must not be used in oxygen systems. It is in fact well suited to high-pressure hydraulic service, is corrosion-resistant with fuels, and its strength makes the other 'weakness' explanations incorrect.

Not the answer
- Hydraulic systems, because titanium is too brittle for 3,000 psi
- Fuel systems, because titanium corrodes rapidly in contact with fuel
- Brake systems, because titanium cannot tolerate heat
