Titanium 3AL-2.5V tubing is valued for very high-pressure service, yet it is prohibited from use in one particular system. Which system, and why?

Oxygen systems, because titanium can react with oxygen and ignite
Titanium is chemically reactive with oxygen and can ignite/burn in an oxygen environment, so titanium tubing must not be used in oxygen systems. It is in fact corrosion-resistant with fuels and keeps its strength at high temperatures, so neither the fuel-corrosion nor the heat explanation is correct.
