Personal Auto Policy
Which of the following does the ISO Personal Auto Policy pay as a SUPPLEMENTARY payment, in addition to the liability limit?
Answer
Interest accruing after a judgment is entered in a suit the insurer defends
Supplementary Payments 3: 'Interest accruing after a judgment is entered in any suit we defend. Our duty to pay interest ends when we offer to pay that part of the judgment which does not exceed our limit of liability for this coverage.' The list also covers bail bonds up to $250, appeal and attachment bond premiums, up to $250 a day of lost earnings for attending hearings or trials at the insurer's request, and other reasonable expenses the insurer requests. Fines, deductibles and damage to the insured's own car are not on it.
